Good luck to the Green Lions today, they take on Ash United in the EL Records Premier Challenge Cup. Ash United play in the division above Guernsey FC, so it should be a cracking match! Kick of is at 1pm.

Fantastic match, Guernsey FC ending up 4-1 winners! Chris Tardiff had a great game in goal, saving a penalty and foiling the opposition on a number of occasions when they looked certain to score - deservedly he got the man of the match award. In contrast, their goalkeeper made a couple of howlers for the 3rd and 4th goals, letting one slip through his fingers when it should have been a simple catch, and letting a tame shot slip through under his body.

Guernsey FC play Egham Town in the next round, who currently sit top of the CCL Premier League (the division above).
